On October 5, 2004, this Court entered its "Second Order Granting, In Part, Debtors' Twenty Second Omnibus Objection to Proofs" entered at docket no. 12708 (the "Original Order"). Accordingly, for good cause shown, the provisions of the Original Order regarding Wireless Claimants are hereby corrected, and the Court hereby ORDERS as follows:

(2) with respect to claim numbers 28775 and 15991 filed by Robert Bowman, and pursuant to a letter agreement between the parties dated August 27, 2004, Claim number 28775 shall be, and hereby is, an allowed, general unsecured claim in the amount of $20,000.00, to be paid as a Class 4 convenience claim under the Plan and the terms of the letter agreement, and Claim number 15991 is hereby expunged and disallowed.

(3) with respect to claim number 18472 filed by Cindy Howard (the "Howard Claim"), and pursuant to a letter agreement between the parties dated August 31, 2004, the Howard Claim shall be, and hereby is, an allowed, general unsecured claim in the amount of $20,000.00, to be paid as a Class 4 convenience claim under the Plan and the letter agreement.

(4) with respect to claim number 22534 filed by Laurie Bumba (the "Bumba Claim"), and pursuant to a letter agreement between the parties dated September 6, 2004, the Bumba Claim shall be, and hereby is, an allowed, general unsecured claim in the amount of $40,000.00, to be paid as a Class 4 convenience claim under the Plan and the letter agreement.

(5) with respect to claim number 18986 filed by Jasholyn Rambeau (the "Rambeau Claim"), and pursuant to a letter agreement between the parties dated August 27, 2004, the Rambeau Claim shall be, and hereby is, an allowed, general unsecured claim in the amount of $20,000.00, to be paid as a Class 4 convenience claim under the Plan and the letter agreement;

(6) with respect to claim number 21952 filed by William Wilson (the "Wilson Claim"), and pursuant to a letter agreement between the parties dated August 27, 2004, the Rambeau Claim shall be, and hereby is, an allowed, general unsecured claim in the amount of $30,000.00, to be paid as a Class 4 convenience claim under the Plan and the letter agreement superseding any other treatment under the Plan and prior court orders with respect to such claim;

(7) with respect to claim number 20243 filed by Dolores DiCicco (the "DiCicco Claim"), and pursuant to a letter agreement between the parties dated September 7, 2004, the DiCicco Claim shall be, and hereby is, an allowed, general unsecured claim in the amount of $40,000.00, to be paid as a Class 4 convenience claim under the Plan and the letter agreement superseding any other treatment under the Plan and prior court orders with respect to such claim; and it is further

ORDERED, that in all other respects, the Original Order shall remain in full force and effect; and it is further

ORDERED that, to the extent the Claims Objection, as filed, objects to any proofs of claim not addressed by this Order (the "Remaining Disputed Proofs of Claim"), then the Debtors' reserve their rights to further prosecute their objections against the Remaining Disputed Proofs of Claim and nothing herein shall limit, restrict, or otherwise affect the Debtors' right to do so.
