ORDERS AND ADJUDGES that FINAL JUDGMENT IS HEREBY ENTERED in favor of Defendants Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company and Fidelity National Financial, Inc. and against Plaintiff Rosemary Richards. The Court shall retain jurisdiction over motions for post-judgment costs and attorneys' fees. The Clerk of Court shall CLOSE this case and DENY any pending motions as MOOT.
