Comes now before the Court, Movant Brenda Hodges Motion to Lift Stay as to Insurance Proceeds filed on November 8, 2004. There being no objection hereto, the Court Orders as follows: that Movant may proceed with her claims in Case No. CJ-2003-7700, pending in the Tulsa County District Court, In the State of Oklahoma. That any stays in effect or previously issued as to these claims is hereby lifted, and that jurisdiction may be exercised by the Tulsa County District Court, In the State of Oklahoma, as to claims in Case No. CJ-2003-7700.

The Movant Shall Notify All Interested Parties Of This Order.
