For the reasons stated in an Opinion filed this day, it is determined that the Debtor, Mike R. Zug, is entitled to receive a discharge and IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Judgment is entered in favor of the Defendant, Mike R. Zug, and against the Plaintiff, Richard E. Barber, with each party to bear their own costs.
