Defendant Robert D. Sutton has filed a motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, in which he seeks to vacate or correct his sentence. He has submitted a memorandum in support of the motion.

The government may have until January 26, 2005, in which to serve and file a brief in response to the motion. Defendant may have until February 14, 2005, in which to serve and file a reply.
