Upon consideration of the motion dated December 31, 2004, filed by James W. Reece, a creditor herein, seeking authorization to substitute Joan Kehlhof for Robert L. Negrin as his attorney-of-record in the above-referenced cases; and the Court being satisfied that there will be no delay as a result of such substitution;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the motion of James W. Reece pursuant to Bankruptcy Local Rule 2090-1(e) substituting Joan Kehlhof for Robert L. Negrin as his attorney-of-record is granted.
