The court's Order of December 16, 2004 (doc. # 324) concerning jury selection is hereby MODIFIED as follows:

Because of the continuance of the beginning of the trial until Tuesday, January 25, 2005 (see doc. # 365), the court hereby ORDERS that peremptory strikes of the jury shall begin at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, January 24, 2005 in Courtroom 8.
