Having considered the Motion for Approval of Rejection of Non-Residential Lease of Real Property (Muskogee Location) filed by Debtors concerning the lease of the former store located at 2408 E. Shawnee Bypass, Muskogee, Oklahoma ("Muskogee Store"), and finding that good cause exists therefor, the Motion is hereby granted, and the rejection of the lease is hereby approved effective as of December 17, 2004.
The Movant Shall Notify All Interested Parties of This Order
