On December 6, 2005, the Court extended its original Order to Show Cause re Dismissal until January 18, 2005. Plaintiffs responded to the Court's Order on January 14, 2005, explaining the current status of the case, including relevant history. Finding good cause shown, including the Plaintiffs' assertion that the parties have recently engaged in serious settlement negotiations, the Court continues its Order to Show Cause re Dismissal until April 18, 2005. If the Plaintiffs inform the Court on or before that date that settlement discussions have reached an impasse, the Court orders the Defendants to file an answer or otherwise respond to the Plaintiffs' Complaint within 15 calendar days following its receipt.
