For the reasons indicated in the Opinion filed this same day, the New Jersey Bureau of Securities' ("NJBS") Motion for Summary Judgment is granted. The debt at issue in the above referenced adversary complaint and identified in the Opinion filed this same day is excepted from discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(19).
