This Amended Partial Judgment effectively amends the Partial Judgment issued by the Court on September 30, 2003 (Docket # 16). Pursuant to the Court's Opinion and Order of even date (Docket # 32), Plaintiffs' claims under Title II of the American with Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act in the above-captioned matter against Co-defendant Commonwealth of Puerto Rico are hereby REINSTANTED. Partial Judgment is hereby entered accordingly.
