ORDER DENYING THE JOINT MOTION OF DEFENDANTS TO STAY DISCOVERY
BERNICE DONALD, District Judge
Before the Court is the joint motion of Defendants to stay discovery pending reassignment of the case and/or ruling on the pending motions to dismiss. The motion is not well-taken as the case has been reassigned and rulings on the motions to dismiss are forthcoming. Accordingly, the Court denies Defendants' joint motion to stay discovery.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
