ORDER SUSTAINING OBJECTING TO DISCHARGE

Upon consideration of the Complaint of the United States Trustee objecting to Debtor's discharge under 11 U.S.C. 727, and for the reasons stated in the accompanying Opinion, it is hereby ORDERED that the United States Trustee's objection is under Section 727(a)(4) is GRANTED. Debtor's Chapter 7 discharge is DENIED.
