Judgment is hereby entered for Plaintiff against Defendant in this adversary proceeding in accordance with the order entered February 9, 2005, which holds that Plaintiff's claim against Defendant is nondischargeable. Plaintiff is hereby granted judgment in the amount of $24,032.62 plus accrued interest, late charges and attorneys fees.

The Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, is directed to serve a copy of this order upon counsel for both Plaintiff and Defendant.
