ORDER

The court has been advised by the parties that they have reached a stipulation concerning the record on the defendant's January 31, 2005, Motion For Return Of Privileged Materials (docket no. 310). Therefore, the hearing on that motion scheduled for Friday, February 25, 2005, at 8:00 a.m., shall be by telephone, and no arrangements will be made for the defendant to participate. The court will initiate the conference call.
