This matter of before the court on the Application for Review and Appeal of Magistrate Judge's Order of February 14, 2005, Denying the Defendant's Request to Reconsider Order regarding Pre-Trial Ex Parte Rule 17(c) Subpoenas (doc. no. 471). Upon consideration of defendant's arguments, the court finds that the February 14, 2005, Order denying defendant's request to reconsider order regarding pre-trial ex parte Rule 17(c) subpoenas should be AFFIRMED.
