For the reasons stated in the Memorandum Opinion of even date, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the objection to confirmation filed by GMAC Mortgage Corporation on August 3, 2004, as supplemented by GMAC Mortgage Corporation's objection to confirmation filed on September 20, 2004, is OVERRULED.
