For those reasons indicated in the Opinion filed this date, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the lien of judgment in favor of Marie P. Faillace, now known as Marie DiFlavis, and against Michael Faillace is reduced by $56,700.00.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the request of Michael Faillace for equitable subordination is denied.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Court's sua sponte motion to dismiss or convert is denied.
