After the Court's review of the Defendant's Motion for Substitution of Counsel, the Court hereby finds that the Kutak Rock law firm and David L. Williams should be substituted for Rose Law Firm as counsel for Defendant Direct General Insurance in this case.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
