This matter is before the Court on a Motion to Compel Discovery (Dkt. No. 61) by the plaintiff, Cynthia Diane Deel. For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, it is

(1) that the defendant produce documents BOA0001; BOA0552; BOA0707; BOA0718; BOA0911; BOA0084-0543; BOA0002-0083; BOA0544-49; and BOA 0912-1190; and

(2) that the defendant may redact those portions of BOA 0912-1190 that contain its attorney's work product.

The Clerk of Court is directed to send copies of this Order and the accompanying Memorandum Opinion to all counsel of record.
