In accordance with the court's memorandum opinion and order of even date herewith,

The court ORDERS, ADJUDGES, and DECREES that plaintiffs, Danny Woolery and Sally Woolery, individually, and as the surviving parents and sole heirs of Toby Woolery, Deceased, take nothing on their claims against defendants, City of Mineral Wells, Texas, and Officer Patrick Bradford.

The court further ORDERS, ADJUDGES, and DECREES that defendants have and recover their court costs from plaintiffs.
