The court amends the prior scheduling order due to the fact that it was not able to complete the Daubert hearings during the week of March 28th. Because the court must begin jury organization on April 6, 2005 in Birmingham, the court will reschedule the continuation of the Daubert hearings at a later date. Further, the Pretrial Conference originally scheduled for April 5, 2005, will be rescheduled at a later date after the conclusion of the Daubert hearings.
