For the reasons stated in an Opinion filed this day, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Chapter 7 Trustee's objection to the claim of exemption asserted by the Debtor, Mark A. Rock, in severance pay is DENIED; the exemption in severance pay is allowed pursuant to 735 ILCS 5/12-1001(g)(3).
