For the reasons set forth in this Court's Memorandum Decision of this date, this Chapter 13 case is DISMISSED. The Debtor is ENJOINED from filing any cases under Title 11 for a period of two years from the date of this Order. Debtor's counsel Ruth Sullivan is sanctioned the sum of $500.00, payable 10 days from the date of this order.
