THIS MATTER came before the Court on April 29, 2005. The Court having granted the Defendants' motion for summary judgment, finds that Final Judgment should and will be entered against the Plaintiff Rick Camuglia, on all claims. This Final Judgment adjudicates all existing claims and liabilities of the parties.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Final Judgment is entered in favor of Defendants City of Albuquerque, Albuquerque Environmental Health Department, and Guy Worthington, and against the Plaintiff Rick Camuglia on all claims, and all claims are DISMISSED with prejudice.
