For the reasons set forth in an Opinion entered this day,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion for Relief from Automatic Stay By Atlas Restoration, Inc., as Assignee of The Concrete Doctor, Inc. and The Concrete Doctor be and is hereby allowed.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the automatic stay of 11 U.S.C. § 362(a) be and is hereby modified to allow the Circuit Court of Sangamon County to conduct a jury trial and enter final judgment on a verdict in Case No. 2000-L-163.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that enforcement of any judgment in Case No. 2000-L-163 be and is hereby stayed pending further Order of this Court.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
