A Disclosure Statement having been filed on March 29, 2005 and a hearing having been held on May 5, 2005, the Court finds that the Disclosure Statement contains adequate information, and it should be approved;

IT IS ORDERED AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:

X The Disclosure Statement is approved.

X Within 7 days after the entry of this Order, the debtor's attorney shall transmit by mail, a copy of this Order, the Disclosure Statement, the Plan, and a ballot conforming to official Form No. 14 to all creditors, equity security holders and other parties in interest as provided in Rule 3017(d), and thereafter file a proof of service with the Clerk.

X June 6, 2005 is fixed as the last day for filing written acceptances or rejections of the Plan referred to herein.

X The Debtor shall file a report on balloting with the Court on or before June 13, 2005.

X Any objections to confirmation of the Plan referred to herein must be filed on or before June 17, 2005.

X A hearing for consideration of confirmation of the Plan and of such objections as may be made or have already been filed to the confirmation of the Plan will be held on June 22, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. in Bankruptcy Court Room, 223 U.S. Court House, Sixth and Monroe Streets, Springfield, Illinois .

X The Clerk shall mail a copy of this Order to debtor's attorney.
