In an Order dated May 6, 2005, this Court granted Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment. Based on that Order, it is

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Plaintiff Tamara Miles Ogier in her capacity as Chapter 7 Trustee of Healing Touch, Inc. recover from Defendant Synedra Smith Johnson the sum of $37,500.00 plus prejudgment interest at the rate specified in 28 U.S.C. § 1961 and postjudgment interest at the rate specified in 28 U.S.C. § 1961.
