A hearing on the Globe Newspaper Company's Motion to Intervene and Terminate Sealing Orders and the Government's Motion to Unseal Sentencing Materials shall be held on May 17, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The parties shall be prepared to address the implications of the May 13, 2005 Memorandum and Order Concerning Resentencing for the motions.
