The court ORDERS, ADJUDGES, and DECREES that the petition of Jose Lune for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to ยง 2255 be, and is hereby, dismissed without prejudice to the right to file, in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, a motion for authorization to file a successive petition.
