THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon a sua sponte review of the record.

The Order of May 18, 2005 [D.E. 19] required the parties to file a proposed order scheduling mediation on or before May 28, 2005. To date, the parties have failed to file a proposed order scheduling mediation. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the parties shall comply with the May 18, 2005 Order by June 10, 2005 or show cause in writing why sanctions should not be imposed.
