1. United States Patents Nos. 5,867,483, 6,147,998, 6,058,102, 5,898,674, 6,269,082, 6,038,219, and 6,493,352 be construed as set forth in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion; and

2. The Clerk will transmit copies of the Memorandum Opinion and this Order to counsel for the parties.
