GRANTED. The U.S. Premium Finance's Motion for Order Terminating Automatic Stay, Abandoning Property and Compelling Turnover of Property, with Brief in Support (Docket Entry 1112) with Objections thereto filed by the Trustee (Docket Entry 1152) and Hilb Rogal Hobbs of Oklahoma, Inc. And Benchmark Insurance Company (Docket Entry 1153) are hereby set for an evidentiary hearing on Thursday, July 21, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. in the U.S. Post Office Courthouse, 4th Grand Streets, Courtroom #215, Okmulgee, Oklahoma. The parties shall exchange and file Witness and Exhibit Lists no later than July 15, 2005. Simultaneously, the parties are to provide copies of the exhibits to the opposing counsel and two copies of the exhibits to the undersigned Judge. Exhibits admitted in Court shall be copies only and will not be returned to counsel. The Movant is directed to notify all interested parties.
