IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Defendant Ramada Worldwide, Inc. f/k/a Ramada Franchise Systems, Inc. shall have judgment as a matter of law in the above-styled action. Plaintiffs' claims against Defendant Ramada Worldwide are DISMISSED with prejudice.
