This matter is before the Court upon the objection of Paul J. Vida to the Motion of Weirton Steel Corporation Liquidating Trust for Order Pursuant to Rule 9019 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure Approving Stipulation and Order for Resolution of General Unsecured Claim of Salaries Retirees, Their Spouses and Dependents. Upon consideration of the Debtor's motion and a review of the objection, the Court finds that there are issues raised in the aforesaid objection which are not applicable to the relief sought by Debtor. Accordingly, it is hereby

ORDERED that the objection filed by Paul J. Vida is OVERRULED.

The Clerk is directed to transmit copies of this Order to the parties in interest.
