By Order dated July 25, 2005 (the "Order") the Court dismissed the petition herein without prejudice and directed the Clerk of Court to close this case. A review of the docket sheet indicates that although the Order has been entered the case remains listed as open on the Court's list of pending cases. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is directed to close this case and remove it from the Court's database of open cases.
