In response to this court's order of July 18, 2005, directing the parties to advise the court whether complete diversity existed in this case, counsel for defendants has advised the court that he cannot verify the citizenship of the members of the limited partnerships. Therefore, he has stipulated to remand to state court.

Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that this case is remanded to the Circuit Court for Vilas County, Wisconsin. The clerk of court is directed to transmit the file to the Vilas County Court as soon as possible.
