This cause coming to be heard on the Post-Confirmation Committee (the "PCC") of Unsecured Creditors of HA2003, Inc., et al.'s Eighteenth Omnibus Objection To Claims (the "Objection"); the PCC having objected to claims filed by Atlantic Coast Cotton, Inc. ("ACC") on the basis of 11 U.S.C. § 502(d) insofar as the PCC obtained a default judgment against ACC; the Objection having been continued from time to time; and the PCC and ACC now having reached a resolution of these matters; IT IS HEREBY AGREED AND ORDERED THAT:

1. Claim nos. 30286 and 34140 shall be disallowed in their entirety, ACC having expressly agreed to such disallowance in its settlement with the PCC.

2. This Order is a final order, and this matter constitutes a core proceeding.
