This matter having come before the Court upon the motion of Steven Victor, the Plan Administrator (the "Administrator"), to extend until November 30, 2005 the deadline within which the Plan Administrator must file Avoidance Actions and objections to Claims; it appearing to the Court that good and sufficient cause exists for such an extension; and the Court being otherwise sufficiently advised

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:

A. That Paragraph 14 of the Order Confirming First Amended Joint Liquidation Plan of Reorganization of Jillian's Entertainment Holdings, Inc. and Certain of Its Subsidiaries Pursuant to Chapter 11 of the United State Code entered herein on December 20, 205 [DN 866](the "Confirmation Order") is modified to extend until November 30, 2005 the deadline within which the Administrator must file Avoidance Actions and objections to Claims;

B. Except as expressly set forth herein, the Confirmation Order shall remain in full force and effect.
