Pursuant to the Ex-Parte Motion for Extension of Time to File Statements and Schedules to the above referenced debtor's Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Petition, and the court being duly advised in the premises;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion for Extension of Time is GRANTED. Debtor's statements and schedules shall be filed on or before August 29, 2005.
