An Agreed Order (Doc. #6854) having been entered herein on September 1, 2005 regarding the requests for administrative claim by (i) Mining Machinery Holding, Inc., successor-by-merger of Mining Machinery, Inc., MMI, Inc., and MMI Leasing Company, Inc., and (ii) Mining Machinery Services, LLC, and the objection thereto by Lexington Coal Company, LLC, said Agreed Order reciting certain supplemental briefing schedules by the parties thereto, and the court having reviewed same and being sufficiently advised, IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that upon the filing of the last brief herein, said filing party shall submit to the court a proposed order of submission.
