This cause coming to be heard on the Debtors' Twenty-Eighth Omnibus Objection to Claims, as it relates to the allowed general unsecured claim of AMI Wines LLC in the amount of $88,964.00 (previously allowed by Order of this Court dated March 23, 2005, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit "A"), and a Proof of Claim in said amount having been filed in Case No. 02-48191 referenced above and identified as Claim No. 43860 (Exhibit "B" attached hereto), and a second Proof of Claim in said amount having also been filed in Case No. 02-48210 also referenced above and identified as Claim No. 043942 (Exhibit "C" attached hereto), and the Court being fully advised in the premises and pursuant to the agreement of the parties as indicated by the signatures of their respective counsel below;

IT IS ORDERED that the allowed general unsecured claim of AMI Wines, LLC in the amount of $88,964.00 shall stand and survive as Claim No. 043942 filed in Case No. 02-48210 against United Airlines, Inc., Debtor, and duplicate Claim No. 043860 filed in Case No. 02-48191 shall be and is hereby withdrawn and expunged.
