IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Order dated March 3, 1982, filed to Misc. No. 81-6 (W-B), which designated certain district court deputy clerks as "special deputy clerks of the bankruptcy court to accept petitions, complaints, other papers, and filing fees at Scranton, Pennsylvania, or Williamsport, Pennsylvania, for the bankruptcy court," is vacated.

Future bankruptcy documents filed in the District Court shall only take place with prior, specific Court authorization.
