U.S. v. GOODWIN

On November 1, 2005, this court held a telephonic status conference. Defendant Michael Goodwin participated without counsel. The government was represented by Assistant United States Attorney Elizabeth Altman.

I granted Goodwin's motion for appointed counsel, who will arrange the next status conference with the court. The warrant previously issued for Goodwin automatically has been quashed.
