IN RE BRINDISI
PHILIP KLINGEBERGER, Bankruptcy Judge
On October 25, 2005, the debtors, by counsel, filed the above-designated motion.
The United States Bankruptcy Judge has nothing to do with matters relating to § 341 meetings. 11 U.S.C. § 341(c) specifically precludes the Court's involvement in § 341 meetings, and Fed.R.Bankr.P. 2003 provides detailed procedures which place the administration of § 341 meetings in the hands of the United States Trustee and of the panel Trustee appointed in the case with respect to which the meeting is to be conducted. Any alternative arrangements, including continuances or submission of interrogatory answers in lieu of appearance, are matters to be addressed exclusively to the Trustee appointed to administer the debtors' case and to preside at the § 341 meeting.
IT IS ORDERED that the above-designated motion is denied.
