The Supreme Court providently exercised its discretion in granting the defendants' motion to change the venue of this action from Kings County to Albany County for the convenience of material witnesses ( see CPLR 510; Professional Veh. Leasing v. Continuing Dev. Servs., 275 AD2d 313, 314; Chimirri v. Evergreen Am. Corp., 211 AD2d 743, 744; O'Brien v. Vassar Bros. Hosp., 207 AD2d 169, 172-173).
