IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that LM Bo Truc Rental, Inc.'s unopposed motion for partial summary judgment, dismissing with prejudice the plaintiff's claim for exemplary damages in connection with the cause of action for maintenance and cure, is GRANTED. (Document #10.)
