Consistent with this court's Memorandum of Decision, the defendant is in arrearage in the amount of $3,400.00 which is to be paid to the plaintiff no later than January 1, 2006. Moreover, the defendant shall provide annual proof of his income, and life insurance which was ordered in the divorce judgment. No later than May 1st of each year the defendant shall provide the plaintiff with a copy of his tax return for the preceding year, as well as documentation verifying that the life insurance is current and all premiums are paid.

The plaintiff's additional requests for articulation are denied.
