Pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule 2016.1(b);

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the presumptively reasonable fixed fee for all services rendered or to be rendered throughout the duration of a chapter 13 case, as addressed in LBR 2016.1(b), is $2,500.00. Such presumptively reasonable fixed fee shall be effective for cases filed after January 1, 2006.
