COPPINGER v. SCHANTAG

For the reasons stated in the foregoing Memorandum Opinion, it is this 5th day of January, 2006, by the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, ORDERED that:

1. The case BE, and the same hereby IS, DISMISSED with prejudice because the causes of action do not survive Plaintiff's death;

2. The clerk will transmit copies of the Memorandum Opinion and this Order to counsel appearing in the action and Mr. Ripley is directed to transmit copies to the family members of Mr. Coppinger; and

3. The clerk will CLOSE this case.
